Cabo Roig Beach and Marina
Cabo Roig Beach and Marina - Nice picture looking over Cabo Roig beach and marina, shot in the early evening with the setting sun shining on it. Photographed in 2006, this area has changed little since, though improvement work was still being carried out on the marina. The picture was taken from the walkway which runs along the Aguamarina part of Cabo Roig, and carries on almost as far as Campoamor, but stops suddenly due to illegal building work that was carried out in the early 2000's. Eventually this walkway should all join up with the rest of the coastal path.
This picture was actually taken very close to where we live in Cabo Roig, steps which you can just see on the bottom left of the photo, lead down to small shingle beaches.
